Learning Alliences
With the Objective of improving knowledge generation and sharing, to strengthen the capacity of local stakeholders and to improve collaboration , WASPA has adopted the concept of Learning Alliances ( commonly known as LA). The LA comprises of multi-Stakeholder learning platforms at different institutional levels and hoes to facilitate development & testing of innovative approaches to address complex problems such use of waste water in agriculture, and capacity built for scaling up.
In Kurunegala, the WASPA pilot site in Sri Lanka the LA represents the following organizations.
